In the previous steps, you learned how to Define Initial HMI Roles & Users and how to Restrict or Permit Access to Pages. This is the perfect moment to give the actual users and administrators of the machine more flexibility.


  1. To also let customers manage their user base, you can be simply add the User Management Page (Page Type) to your HMI Content Tree (Content View). Refer to its documentation to see whats possible.
  2. You might want to Restrict or Permit Access to Pages for this page as well so not every HMI user will be able to manipulate and delete HMI users.
