Helio lets you export projects so you can transfer it between different machines or computers. You can also use this as a backup mechanism. HELIO exports projects as .helio files.

What's in a Project Export?

Project Specific Content

• All the settings and content of your HMI.
• All HMI variables and data are defined in your project.

Cross-Project Content

• Any Data Source Connections that you have added to your HELIO Runtime using the Data View .

How to Export

Open the Welcome Page and sign in.

1. Open the Options menu of your project and
2. Choose the Export option
