Define a List
- Right-click the Data folder in your HMI Data View.
- Choose Add List > List of Objects.

Activate Placeholders & Specify Their Quantity
- Active Placeholders for this list.
- Set the Item Count to the desired amount of items you’d like to simulate in your HMI.

Define the Blueprint for List Items
Define how items in this collection should look like by defining its Item Blueprint:
- Add variables and choose appropriate types for your use case.
- It’s a schema for your list entries.

Define Placeholders for the Properties of Simulated Items
- Select a property of the Item Blueprint.
- Active the Placeholder for this property.
- Add one ore multiple placeholders.

Switch to the Content View, enter Placeholder Mode. If you haven’t done so already, link your list to a collection page now.
Your list will now contain simulated items using the placeholders you just defined! 🎉
